Overnight Camps

At overnight camp, campers stay in cabins with their counselors, creating a supportive and fun environment. Each week is packed with activities like swimming, the ropes course, canoeing, and other classic camp experiences. Campers also enjoy special events like cookouts, a banquet, and a carnival that creates unforgettable memories. Spots in our overnight camp fill up fast, so early registration is encouraged.

What Campers Learn

Personal Growth

For many campers, this is one of the only times throughout the year they function “independently” from their routine caregivers. It allows them to have autonomy and build relationships.

Confidence

We help build confidence in every part of camp, from choosing food at mealtime or the camp store to taking on activities like the ropes course or tubing on the lake. Campers who have never tried these things grow in their abilities and develop a willingness to step outside their comfort zone.

Working with Others

Camp is a communal experience that encourages campers to work together and be more aware of others. While individuals with disabilities often receive one-on-one support, camp gives them the chance to connect with people who are different from them, helping them develop patience, empathy, and love for those in their cabin and throughout the camp.

Spiritual Truths

We are all fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139) and need salvation through faith in Christ. Campers will learn of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross to redeem us and bring us into fellowship with God.

Camp Activities

Every day campers will have two elective times where they can enjoy crafts, sports, and other outdoor activities.

We offer accommodations for all our activities, ensuring that people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility can fully participate in everything camp has to offer!
Overnight campers get to participate in a banquet and carnival.  The banquet is a wonderful celebration and time for the staff and campers to laugh and have fun. The carnival is a long-standing tradition to send the campers home with an extra fun experience.

    Overnight Accomodations

Our campers stay in a cabin room with a total of 12 beds. We typically have 5-7 campers in each cabin with a team of counselors.  Each cabin has its own bathroom and shares a common area with the other cabin on the floor. Some campers may stay in an outback cabin with the use of a common bathhouse.

    Food & Nutrition

We have a full-service dining hall and can accommodate certain food allergy diets like gluten and dairy. We can prepare food given by the families for anyone with other allergies. We typically have a volunteer who is assigned to creating special diet plates.
